An Independent Accommodation Matching Service

Rent a House for the Ryder Cup is an independent accommodation matching and referral service connecting visitors travelling to Ireland with suitable privately offered accommodation.

We review and qualify properties, understand what each guest is looking for, and match guests with accommodation that fits their requirements.

Where authorised, we can facilitate communication and price discussions between hosts and guests, helping both sides reach an accommodation arrangement directly.

Our role: We are not a hotel, accommodation provider, property management company or Ryder Cup organiser. The accommodation arrangement remains between host and guest. Our role does not make us the accommodation provider or property manager.

Our process

  1. Hosts submit properties for address verification and qualification.
  2. We assess properties using information, evidence, photos, live video assessment and/or other supporting evidence as appropriate. A €150 Property Video Assessment & Approval Fee applies to a requested live video assessment.
  3. Guests tell us about their group, dates, budget and requirements.
  4. We identify suitable properties and facilitate introductions.
  5. Host and guest agree the accommodation arrangement directly.
