Ryder Cup 2027 — A Private Irish Golf Experience for the Austin golf community

Planning your trip from the Austin Country Club golf community to Adare Manor? This page is built specifically for golfers considering Ireland for the 2027 Ryder Cup — with private accommodation, travel planning and the wider Irish experience brought together in one place.

Austin Country Club

Made for your trip

Start with the golf, then build in the Irish food, pubs, landscapes and culture that make the trip more than a three-day sporting event.

Your connection to Ireland

A tradition of golf, hospitality and character

Austin Country Club dates to 1899 and has a long association with golf tradition, including the remarkable 82-year connection of Harvey Penick with the club. That depth of continuity creates an easy bridge to an Irish golf journey built around history, character and the traditions of the game.

Adare adds another layer: a historic Irish estate, a championship golf course and a Ryder Cup that brings the world of golf to County Limerick. It is a chance to experience the game in a setting where history is visible all around you.

Arriving in Ireland

International visitors can plan their arrival around several Irish airports. For this market, Austin-Bergstrom International may be a natural starting point, while Shannon, Dublin and Cork are also important gateways to consider. Kerry is another official airport option.

ShannonParticularly useful for the west of Ireland and a natural airport to consider for Adare Manor.
DublinIreland's largest international gateway, with extensive long-haul and connecting options.
CorkA useful southern gateway, especially for travellers combining the Ryder Cup with Cork, Kerry or the south coast.

Before the Ryder Cup

Build in time for Ireland before the first tee: local golf, historic towns, coastal scenery, excellent food, traditional music and the landscapes that make the country worth travelling for.

During Ryder Cup week

Plan around the event schedule, airport arrival, daily transport and your accommodation base. Private driver arrangements may be available separately and are subject to availability.

After the final putt

Extend the journey if your schedule allows. Ireland can be the destination rather than simply the location of the tournament.

Your Ryder Cup. Your Irish base. Tell us who is travelling, when you expect to arrive, how many bedrooms you need and what kind of trip you want to create. We can then work from the available private accommodation options.

The wider golf trip guide

Use our guide to bring the whole journey together — airports, transport, Adare Manor, private accommodation, Irish golf, food, heritage, countryside and ideas for the days around the Ryder Cup.
